Profile & Account

Last updated on October 26, 2026

My account gathers your user account settings: identity, password, interface language, as well as sync and QR codes on the mobile app side.

Personal information

From My account on the website, change your name, your email address (a verification link sent by email is then required), your password, and the interface language.

Forgotten password

If you cannot sign in, click "Forgot password" on the login page (on the website as in the app, the link opens the browser's login page). Enter your email address: you receive a single-use link, valid for a limited time, to set a new password in two steps. Once the password is set, sign in normally. The same link is also used to set your password for the first time, when an administrator has just created your account (Users & Access).

Retrieving or deleting my personal data (GDPR)

From the mobile app (Profile → My account), you can request a copy of your personal data (you receive a download link by email) or request the deletion of your account: deletion is not immediate, a grace period applies (30 days), during which an email lets you cancel the request if you change your mind.

info

Both actions are available from the mobile app; they are not currently offered from the website.

Synchronization (mobile app)

The mobile app works offline: every recorded action (operation, harvest, queen...) is first stored locally, then sent to the server. The Sync section of the Management tab shows the list of requests waiting to be sent.

tip

If operations stay pending, check your internet connection then manually restart the sync if needed.

QR Code

From the Management → QR Code tab on the mobile app, generate the QR codes for your hives and supers, to print and affix to your equipment — they are then used by Code info and by the scan screens to quickly identify an element.

Logging out

To log out, go to your Profile and select Log out.

How do I share the tracking of a beekeeping operation with several people?

As soon as an operation employs several staff members or is organized as a group, a single account shared by everyone makes it hard to know who entered what, and is a risk if the person holding it leaves the operation. Recommended practice is to give each person their own access, rather than sharing a single login. In ApiTracer, each person has their own account — yours is managed from My account, and creating accounts for the rest of the team is done from Users & Access (from the PRO II plan onward) — see also who can access my operation's data in the FAQ.
